Team-based filtering is now available across every view in Data Parrot, including the Team Activity Dashboard and Deal Pulse Mode. Finally, you can analyze performance by the teams you've already set up in HubSpot.

Leverage Your HubSpot Team Structure

Your HubSpot teams automatically appear as filter options throughout Data Parrot:

• Filter the AI Forecast to see just the Enterprise team's pipeline
• View Pipeline Trends for specific regional teams
• Check Deal Pulse for only the SMB team's opportunities
• Analyze Team Activity Dashboard by actual team groupings

Combine Team and Owner Filters

For maximum flexibility, combine team and deal owner filters:

• See all deals for Team A except those owned by a rep on leave
• View a specific rep's deals across multiple teams
• Compare individual performance within team context

Save Team Views as Presets

Your team filters save to presets just like other filters. Create saved views for:

• "Enterprise Team Commit Deals"
• "EMEA Team Pipeline Review"
• "SDR Team Generated Opportunities"

These presets work everywhere, maintaining consistency across all your analysis.

Accelerated Sync for Real-Time Updates

Data normally syncs from HubSpot every hour, but sometimes you need updates faster. Accelerated Sync increases the frequency to every 5 minutes for two hours.

When to Use Accelerated Sync

Activate it for time-sensitive situations:

• During live deal review meetings
• While making multiple pipeline updates
• When coordinating changes across the team
• Before important forecast calls

Automatic Activation

Deal Pulse Mode automatically triggers Accelerated Sync when you enter it. This ensures your deal reviews always work with the freshest data, catching any last-minute changes from your team.

Monitor Sync Status

The Settings page now shows:

• Last successful sync timestamp
• Current sync frequency
• Time remaining on accelerated sync
• Manual trigger for immediate sync

You always know exactly how current your data is.

Live Forecast Impact in Deal Pulse Mode

Deal Pulse Mode now shows the real-time impact of your changes on the forecast with a before-and-after chart visualization.

See Changes as You Make Them

The chart displays:

• Light green bars: Your original forecast before changes
• Dark green bars: Updated forecast after your modifications
• Delta indicators: Exact impact of each change

As you update close dates, amounts, or stages, watch the forecast adjust instantly. No more guessing how your changes affect the numbers.

Understand Cumulative Impact

The chart tracks all changes during your session:

• Moving three deals out adds up quickly
• Pulling two deals in might offset pushes
• Amount adjustments show immediate revenue impact

By the end of your deal review, you know exactly how the forecast changed and why.

Session-Based Tracking

The chart tracks only changes made within Deal Pulse Mode during your current session. Changes made directly in HubSpot won't appear until the next sync. This keeps the view focused on your current review session's impact.

1. Filter Deal Pulse to show only Enterprise Team deals

Team Filtering: Available now in all views. Look for the team filter option in your filter menu.

Accelerated Sync: Activate in Settings > Integrations, or let Deal Pulse Mode trigger it automatically.
