Team Activity Dashboard Now in Playground

The Team Activity Dashboard is here, available through our new Data Parrot Playground for early access. Finally, you can see what your team is actually doing without wrestling with HubSpot reports.

Track What HubSpot Can't

The dashboard shows activity metrics that are nearly impossible to get from HubSpot:

• Meetings booked vs meetings actually held
• Rescheduled meetings - know when deals are slipping
• Call connect rates by rep and team
• Email engagement patterns across the team

Focus Your Deal Reviews

Filter deals by:

• Deal Health scores - Review only healthy deals or focus on those at risk
• Forecast Category - Look at just Commit deals or dive into Upside opportunities
• Deal Status - Find stuck deals that need intervention
• Specific AI feedback - Surface deals with particular issues or opportunities

Start your deal review by filtering to "Poor Deal Health" and address the biggest risks first. Then switch to "Committed deals with close date concerns" to verify your forecast.

Run Themed Deal Reviews

Create focused sessions around specific themes:

• "Stuck deal intervention" - Filter to stuck deals only
• "Commit verification" - Show only Committed category deals
• "Upside conversion" - Focus on Upside deals that could move to Commit

These targeted reviews are more productive than scrolling through every deal in your pipeline.

AI Forecast Shows Total Amounts

The AI Forecast chart now displays total dollar amounts above each bar. See at a glance:

• Total pipeline value by month
• How value distributes across time periods
• Where you have pipeline gaps

No more hovering over bars or mental math. The totals are right there, making forecast calls and pipeline reviews faster.

Smarter Email Notification Summaries

Your daily and weekly notification emails got an AI upgrade with dynamic subject lines and intelligent summaries.

Subject Lines That Matter

Instead of generic "Your Daily Summary" subjects, you now see what actually happened:

• "3 deals moved to Commit, 2 stuck in Negotiation"
• "Pipeline increased 15% this week, 5 new opportunities"

Team Activity Dashboard: Access through the new Playground section in your Data Parrot account. Start tracking activity patterns HubSpot can't show you.

Deal Pulse Filtering: Open Deal Pulse Mode and click the filter icon. Create your first themed deal review by filtering to a specific AI feedback category.

AI Forecast Totals: Already live - just navigate to AI Forecast to see the amount totals above each bar.

Email Summaries: Check your next daily or weekly summary email for the new AI-powered subject and summary section.
