The HubSpot UI extension now displays Why We'll Win and Why We'll Lose assessments for each deal. We've also standardized the categories in Win-Loss Plus for clearer pattern identification.
HubSpot Extension Shows Win/Loss Factors

The HubSpot UI extension card now calculates and displays "Why We'll Win and Why We'll Lose" factors for each deal. These assessments update as the deal progresses and new customer interactions occur.
The updated extension includes:
- Dynamic win/loss factor calculations based on deal activity
- Expandable sections for summary, signals, and hygiene metrics
- Cleaner layout with improved information hierarchy
Win-Loss Plus Categories Standardized

Win-Loss Plus now uses standardized categories for win and loss reasons. Previously, similar reasons could appear under different labels, making it harder to identify patterns. The new standardization groups related reasons together naturally.
What Changed
The system now maps varied loss reasons into consistent categories. For example, different variations of pricing concerns now group under a single "Pricing" category rather than appearing as "Too expensive," "Budget constraints," and "Cost concerns" separately.
This standardization makes it easier to:
- Identify recurring themes across won and lost deals
- Generate clearer reports showing why deals succeed or fail
- Track improvement in specific areas over time
