Product Update: Deal Pulse Mode Gets a Complete Redesign

Deal reviews just got faster. We rebuilt Deal Pulse Mode to help sales teams spot risks early and know exactly what to do about them.

The new design puts everything you need on one screen. No tabs to click through. No scrolling to find what matters. Just a clean three-column view that shows you which deals need attention and why.

What's New in Deal Pulse Mode

Three-Column Layout Built for Speed

New Data Parrot Deal Pulse Mode - Power your Deal Reviews

The redesigned interface organizes deal information exactly how sales teams think about pipeline:

Left column: Your deal list, filterable and sortable Center column: AI analysis with "Why We Will Win" and "Why We Will Lose" for each deal Right column: Timeline of activities and AI-generated next steps

This layout mirrors how top sales teams run pipeline reviews. You scan deals on the left, dig into risks in the middle, and see exactly what happened (and what should happen next) on the right.

The AI framing is new too. Instead of generic health scores, you get specific reasons why a deal will close or slip. Real insights like "Champion went dark after pricing discussion" or "Multiple stakeholders engaged and moving through security review."

Everything fits on a single screen. No more jumping between tabs or losing context when you switch deals.

Filter by What Actually Matters

Find Deals Based on Activity Patterns

Filter Deals by HubSpot Engagements in Data Parrot

The new engagement filters let you slice your pipeline by what's actually happening in deals, not just static CRM fields.

You can now search for patterns like:

  • Deals with no emails in the last 7 days
  • High-intent deals that haven't had a meeting in 2 weeks
  • Deals in negotiation with low email volume
  • Opportunities with completed discovery but no follow-up scheduled

These filters work alongside AI-powered metrics like Customer Intent and Deal Health. So you can find "high-intent deals going dark" or "at-risk deals with recent positive engagement."

We moved the main filters (Pipeline, Stage, Team, Owners) to the top bar where they stay visible as you work. Your filter selections persist across sessions, so you don't have to rebuild your view every time.

Save your most useful filter combinations as presets. Switch between "Deals needing attention this week" and "Pipeline review for tomorrow's forecast call" with one click.

Redesigned Deal Table

Control Your View, Work Your Way

New Deal Table View in Data Parrot

The deal table got a complete overhaul with features sales teams actually asked for:

Column control: Choose which fields to display and drag them into the order that makes sense for your workflow

Multi-field sorting: Sort by Close Date first, then by Deal Size, then by Stage. Build the exact view you need for different scenarios.

Inline expansion: Click any row to see full deal details without leaving the table. Review complete deal information, see all activities, and make updates without losing your place in the list.

These aren't just UI tweaks. They're designed to match how sales teams actually work with pipeline data. QBRs need different columns than daily standups. Forecast calls focus on different metrics than deal reviews.

Notes Now Power AI Analysis

We added CRM notes to our AI scoring engine. Every note your team logs now helps our AI understand deal context better.

No configuration needed. If your reps are already logging notes about stakeholder conversations, competitive situations, or technical requirements, that information now feeds directly into Deal Health scoring and risk detection.

The AI picks up on patterns in your notes that humans might miss. Like when multiple reps mention budget concerns across different deals. Or when technical blockers start appearing in deals at a specific stage.

Why These Changes Matter

Sales teams told us they were spending too much time hunting for information during deal reviews. Switching between screens to see deal history. Opening multiple browser tabs to compare deals. Losing track of which deals they'd already reviewed.

The new Deal Pulse Mode fixes these friction points. Everything you need for a deal review is visible at once. The AI tells you specifically what's working and what's not. Engagement filters surface the deals that actually need attention.

One VP of Sales put it simply: "This is how I've always wanted to run pipeline reviews. I can see exactly which deals are real and which ones need intervention."

Available Now

The new Deal Pulse Mode is live for all Data Parrot users. No setup required - your existing filters and saved views will work with the new interface.
