We redesigned Deal Progress to help you spot problems faster and take action immediately. The new card-based layout puts AI feedback front and center, so you can scan through deals quickly without endless clicking.
What's New in Deal Progress
Filter by Deal Category
Click the boxes at the top to filter deals by category. Want to see only stuck deals? One click. Need to focus on dormant opportunities? Another click. The filters work instantly, helping you focus on what matters right now.
Scannable AI Feedback Cards
No more scrolling to understand what's happening with each deal. The new cards show AI feedback immediately, with the most important insights visible at a glance. Each card displays the critical information you need to make decisions.
Expandable Details When You Need Them
See something that needs deeper investigation? Expand any card to view additional AI feedback and recommendations. The extra details are there when you need them but hidden when you don't.
Create HubSpot Tasks Instantly
Found a deal that needs attention? Click the orange + button on any card to create a task directly in HubSpot. The task automatically includes context from the AI analysis, so your team knows exactly what to do.
Improved Settings Interface
The Settings page got a complete overhaul to make managing your team easier:
Clear User Management Table
The new table layout shows at a glance which users have which filters and notifications enabled. No more guessing who's seeing what or wondering why someone isn't getting alerts.
Simplified HubSpot Integration
The "Push to HubSpot" feature now clearly explains what it does and how it works. Set it up once, and Data Parrot automatically keeps your CRM updated with the latest insights.
Dedicated Integrations Section
All integrations now live in their own section, making it easier to connect new tools and manage existing connections.
Smart Filter Sync
When you save Deal Owner or Pipeline filters to your profile in the main app, they automatically update your email notifications too. Set your preferences once, and they apply everywhere.
AI-Generated Pipeline Mappings
You can now see how our AI maps and understands your pipeline stages. This transparency helps you:

The pipeline mapping view shows exactly how our AI interprets your unique sales stages and deal progression patterns. We're continuing to enhance this feature based on customer feedback.

All these features are live in your account now. The interface updates apply automatically, and your existing settings and preferences carry over seamlessly.
