Deal filtering is here. You can now slice your pipeline by any combination of metrics to find exactly the deals you need to focus on right now.
Powerful Filtering Options
Filter by Multiple Dimensions
Create custom views of your pipeline by combining filters:
- Deal Health: Focus on healthy deals or identify those needing attention
- Forecast Category: View only Committed deals or check on Upside opportunities
- Deal Status: See Active deals, find Stuck opportunities, or review Dormant accounts
- Purchase Intent: Filter by high, medium, or low buying signals
- Close Date: Zero in on deals closing this week, month, or quarter
Save Your Favorite Views
Create preset filters for views you use regularly. In the example above, we've saved "my best deals closing in the next 30 days" - combining high deal health with a 30-day close date window.
Save presets for:
- Monday morning pipeline reviews
- End-of-quarter commit calls
- At-risk deal inspection
- Team-specific views for different regions or segments

Notifications now include calls and meetings, not just emails. Get alerted when:

- Close date pushes that affect your forecast
- Amount changes that impact your pipeline value

More Accurate Stuck Deal Detection
We improved the AI logic for identifying stuck deals. The system now better understands the difference between a deal that's genuinely stuck versus one that's in a natural quiet period. Fewer false alarms mean the stuck deal alerts you do get require real attention.

Every notification now includes direct links to the relevant section in Data Parrot. Click straight through to:
- The specific deal card needing review
- The Deal Pulse view filtered to show similar deals
- The engagement that triggered the alert
No more hunting through the interface to find what changed.
Setting Up Your Filters
- Go to Deal Pulse or AI Forecast
- Click the filter icon to open options
- Select your criteria across multiple dimensions
- Save successful filter combinations as presets
- Apply saved presets with one click in future sessions
The filtering system remembers your last used filters when you return, so you can pick up exactly where you left off.
