Team Activity Dashboard adds talk time and meeting duration metrics with smart defaults, while AI Forecast gets flexible timeframe options for better analysis.

Team Activity Dashboard Gets Smarter
After launching in early access last week, the Team Activity Dashboard received enthusiastic feedback. We've already made it better based on what you told us.
Automatic Smart Defaults
The dashboard now pulls your default Pipeline and Deal Owner settings from your main app preferences. No more setting filters every time you open it. Your preferred view loads automatically, showing the team and pipeline you care about most.
New Time-Based Metrics
We added two critical metrics that reveal actual engagement levels:
- Talk Time: Total minutes spent on calls, not just call count
- Time in Meetings: Actual meeting duration, not just meeting count
Now you can see who's having quick check-ins versus deep discovery calls. A rep with 20 five-minute calls looks different from one with 5 forty-minute calls, even though the call count might favor the first rep.
Why Time Metrics Matter
Call and meeting counts tell only part of the story. The new time metrics reveal:
- Which reps invest time building relationships
- Whether your team rushes through discovery
- If certain deal stages get appropriate time investment
- Which activities actually correlate with closed deals
Teams using these metrics report finding surprising patterns - like top performers spending more time in fewer, deeper conversations rather than racing through high call volumes.
AI Forecast Timeframe Options
The AI Forecast now offers flexible timeframe options that match how sales teams actually think about their pipeline.
Pre-Set Time Windows
Choose from practical timeframe options:
- This Month: Focus on immediate closes
- 3 Months Out: Standard quarter view
- 6 Months Out: Half-year planning
- Custom Date Range: Any specific period you need
These options align with Pipeline Trends, creating consistency across your analytics.
Better Forecast Conversations
The new timeframes make forecast calls more efficient:
- Start with "This Month" to verify immediate commits
- Switch to "3 Months Out" for quarterly planning
- Use "6 Months Out" for pipeline coverage discussions
- Create custom ranges for board reports or specific campaigns
Resolution Fixes
We also fixed UI issues that appeared at various screen resolutions. The forecast chart now displays cleanly whether you're on a laptop, desktop, or presentation screen.
Preview: AI Builder Coming Soon
We're previewing our upcoming AI Builder feature that lets you create custom deal assessments and push them directly to HubSpot.
This will let you:
- Design personalized deal scoring models
- Create custom AI assessments for your unique sales process
- Automatically update HubSpot with AI-generated insights
- Build team-specific or segment-specific evaluation criteria
The builder is currently in development with select customers. Expect more details in the coming weeks.
Playground Feedback Success
